1) Update to "v8" (from "v7" or prior version):
The “v8” is a brand new product file. Thus, if you do not already have the “v8” version, please visit the:
TJS Upgrade page.
2) Update my (current) "v8" product version...
This is for current “v8” users (only). If you are currently using an older product version and wish to update, please click the #1 category (above).
For this option, you will receive a brand-new (and most current) “v8” product file.
- To eliminate a download reactivation charge, please save a backup copy* of your original download, as mentioned in the “Getting Started” guide.

3) My computer died (and/or) I lost my file. What do I do?...
To eliminate a download reactivation charge, please keep a backup copy of your original download, as mentioned in the “Getting Started” page.
If you are able to find your (v8 version) Backup copy, we can ‘reset’ your file for you, free of charge. Just send us an email and attach your file.

At TJS, we do our best at taking your valuable feedback and making it a reality, and the TJS may have gone through some feature & functionality updates since your original purchase. Thus… we recommend updating to the latest TJS version.
We are also charged a fee from our processor for downloads after 30-days, so this procedure also applies to new product file downloads.
To receive a brand-new product file:
- Already have “v8” version? Click the #2 category (above).
- Do not have “v8” version (v7, or prior)? Please click the #1 category (above).
