Downloading your product

Your browser settings will determine how the download is managed You may find that the file is automatically Saved to your Downloads folder, or you may be asked specifically what folder to Save it in.

Depending on the browser, this is usually what happens in each browser. Click a button below:

Internet Explorer

1) Without closing this tab/window, go back to the Download (tab/window), then click the blue “Download” button.

2) A Yellow bar will appear at the bottom of the window.

3) Click the drop-down arrow next to “Save”. Choose “Save-As”, then save the file to an accessible location, such as your Desktop.

4) When ready… find your file icon, and then double-click it to open your TJS product.

Internet Explorer >>

Firefox

1) Without closing this tab/window, go back to the Download (tab/window), then click the blue “Download” button.

2) Depending on your settings (Firefox > Tools > Options), you will have the choice of saving the file to a desired location, or to your ‘default’ location.

3) If a pop-up box appears, choose the “Save File” option, then save the file to an accessible location, perhaps your Desktop.

4) If no pop-up box appears, please go to your ‘default’ download location to retrieve your file.

5) When ready, double-click the file icon to open your TJS product.

Firefox >>

Google Chrome

1) Without closing this tab/window, go back to the Download (tab/window), then click the blue “Download” button.

2) Depending on your settings (Google browser > Settings > Show advanced settings… > Downloads), you may be asked where to save your file. Please choose an accessible location, perhaps your Desktop.

3) If you are not asked to save the file, then Google Chrome will save it to your default location.

4) When ready, find your file icon, and then double-click it to open your TJS product.

Edge

1) Microsoft Edge (in the default setting) will automatically download your file in to the “Downloads” folder.

2) To access your Downloads folder, go to the Microsoft button at the bottom-left of your screen, and then click “File Explorer”

3) Locate the new TJS product file, and then drag it to your Desktop or another folder that you use for trading.
